Today I wanted to share with you a set I picked up after Christmas! I saw this and I loved the fact that they were minis because I have enough eyeliner as it is, and they were unique colors!

payoff for red-carpet-ready eyes" They are definitely creamy - which is great, as I love to smudge my eyeliner in as I showed in this Eye Tutorial. As for Waterproof... they don't stay on my waterline that well, but on my upper eyelid they are fine.
