oh la la lips... Palladio Juniper lipstick

Once again it's time for some RED lips!  This week I tried Palladio Herbal Lipstick, which I got at Sally Beauty supply for $5.99

This lipstick comes with all sorts of benefits:

  • Improves lips surface and combats aging
  • Reduces appearance of fine lines
  • Creamy rich coverage

  • "Palladio Herbal Lipstick is enriched with peppermint for fresh breath. Added herbs like Green Tea, Chamomile, Ginseng, Ginkgo Biloba, Aloe Vera and Vitamin E to improve the lips surface and combat aging to reduce the appearance of fine lines.

Prevents the lips from drying or cracking, providing the natural humectants needed for a healthy look. Enriched with peppermint for fresh breath."

I will agree with the lip smoothing - but I don't know about the fresh breath, I'm going to bet if I ate some garlic-y pasta you would still know!  But it does feel nice on.

It looks like it would be much darker than NYX's Bloody Mary (reviewedHere), but it's just a tinge darker, still a blue based red, just not quite as bright.

And now for the happy girl wearing red lipstick picture!  And I am telling you there is a red for everyone!  I should change this post to "On Thursday's we wear Red (lips)!"

I already have a glossy red picked out for next Thursday!

    1. This looks so lovely and creamy! The shade reminds me of my Topshop lipstick in Mischief. It drives me nuts when people don't think red suits them; you're totally right in saying there's a red for everyone.

      1. It is a very nice creamy formula - I need to see if they have a lavendar! I used to be a total lip gloss lgiht shade girl and only in the past I'd say 5 years really embraced a bold lip. Everyone can! *Cough*NAT*Cough*

    2. It's incredibly pigmented! I've not tried their lippies yet. I need to wear red more often.

      1. You look so great in so many colors - so I know you look amazing in red. And I know you shop Sally's so check it out, it's pretty hydrating and cheaper than Revlon or Maybelline. :)

    3. Ahhhh you look great! But I gotta tell you... red is not for this girl here!! I know I must be driving Christine nuts with that comment but I had to throw it in there ;) Just sayin'

      1. You can wear polka dots, glitter and grey on your nails but you can't wear red? And your a blonde? I'm callin Bu11$H!T - you can love nudes, but every woman needs a POWER lipstick :)

      2. TEE HEE!! Don't get sassy with me young lady ;P
I am a blonde, but not the kind that suits red lips... you know that other kind of blonde lol
