Review - c. Booth Egyptian Argan Oil Body Butter

Hello:

Today I wanted to share a product I just started using and has already given me great results!  It's c. Booth's Egyptian Argan Oil Body Butter!
I got it at Ulta for $6.99 (and it's quite a large tub) even better as you can see to the right it came with a mail-in rebate, so it was free :)

Here's a product description from Ulta.com: "It's the practice of pampering with a skin health twist! C. Booth's Egyptian Argan Oil Body Butter makes the most of ancient ingredients famous for nurturing skin and maintaining a youthful radiance. Super moisturizing Shea and Cocoa butters combine with skin-softening Argan oil to provide fast relief of dry, tight skin. Vitamin E remedies signs of damage and helps restore skin to a smoother, renewed state."

And I have to agree in just 2 days my dry skin was much, much better! After 4 days my legs looked so much better and normal (not a scaly,bumpy mess).  No more constant itchy, scratchy skin on my legs, and the light scent is so nice.

It's very thick, not quite peanut butter, but like softned butter (hence the name).  :)  I really can't believe quite how well it works.  I have tried a lot of lotions, oils, serums etc... even hydrocortisone cream.  So if you are looking for something to stop the "winter itch" this would be my suggestion!

Any products that are your holy grail for dry body skin?

    This sounds nice, I usually use body shop body butters when my skin is feeling dry

    Oh my goodness, I have tried sooooo many things (including other body butters) and I can't beleive this works - my legs are so dry I scratch the H*!! out of them at night when I'm sleeping and I wake up to scratches and bumpy nasty legs. And now they are smooth and happy! And it was FREE with the rebate - shopping skillz :)

      GOOD skillz!! Free is good!!! and PS you are not the only one that scratches the sh*t out of their legs, soooooooo much worse when you shave... damn winter

      I have been eyeing the L'Occitane body creams which are 25% shea butter, they smell so good :-0

    Greetings - I am a new convert to this particular item and let's just say I love it! It feels so wonderful and smooth. Even the smell is great. It kinda reminds me of a strong baby lotion scent. I even carry it to work in my bag. I have never done that with any of my lotions before. My skin seems so much better now. After my nightly showers, I just pile it on. It is almost like a treat to me. I am so glad I found this product! Mine was purchased at my local Rite Aid store. Just an excellent product all around.
